My Charming Owl and Shaker Gift Box!
Hello everyone! I want to show you one of my sweetest and most detailed creations: this beautiful personalized candy box, perfect for special celebrations! When designing it, I wanted it to be more than just a box; I wanted it to be an experience! What excites me most is the shaker effect on the front, which allows small decorative elements to move, creating a magical effect that surprises! And of course, the layered owl ornament is the star: I designed it with expressive eyes and a colorful body, giving it an adorable personality.
To make it, I used several sheets of high-quality cardstock. The main structure is pastel pink with vertical white stripes, and the roof/base is pink with white dots. The owl is layered with several prints of the same pink owl in different shades, with touches of bright light green. The shaker window is covered with clear acetate, and the finishing touch is the champagne/beige satin bow embossed with the personalized name “ARLENYS Zo.” Each precision-cut piece is assembled to create this three-dimensional gem. Of course, I made two identical versions in pink and yellow, and both in shaker and regular versions.
And what do I use this beauty for?
I find it ideal for giving small gifts or sweets at children’s birthday parties (forest-themed), baby showers, baptisms, or any event where attention to detail is key. It’s a lovely way to present a special gift made with lots of love. I hope you love it as much as I love showing it off!
