What you need:
Printable HTV sheet (for inkjet or laser, depending on type)
Inkjet or laser printer
Heat press or household iron
T-shirt (100% cotton or cotton blend works best)
Teflon sheet / parchment paper
Step 1 – Print the Design
Load the Printable HTV into your printer (check if it needs to be print side up or down).
Print your design using high-quality print settings.
Let the print dry completely.
Step 2 – Cut & Trim
Use scissors or a cutting machine to cut around your design (some HTVs require mirror image, check instructions for your brand).
Step 3 – Prepare the Shirt
Pre-press the shirt for 5–10 seconds with heat press (or iron) to remove wrinkles and moisture.
Step 4 – Apply the Transfer
Place the design face down on the shirt.
Cover with a Teflon sheet or parchment paper.
Press with heat press at ~385°F (195°C) for 30–40 seconds (or use a hot, firm iron with no steam).
Step 5 – Peel & Finish
Peel backing according to your HTV type (hot peel or cold peel).
Cover with Teflon sheet again and press for a few seconds for extra durability.
Care Tips:
Wait 24 hours before washing.
Wash inside-out with mild detergent.
Do not bleach or dry clean.
Low tumble dry or hang dry.
