How to Make Your Own Halloween Wristlet Design
Design in Ideal Studio Start by creating your artwork in Ideal Studio. Choose a Halloween theme—ghosts, bats, pumpkins, or eerie quotes. While the design is intended for a phone case, it works beautifully across various materials like lanyards, stickers, or fabric strips.
Resize Your Artwork Adjust your design to 10 x 1.1 inches. This includes a 0.1 inch allowance to ensure full coverage and clean edges during sublimation.
Prepare Your Material Use a 1 inch x 10 inch sublimation lanyard. Make sure the surface is polyester or sublimation-ready to ensure vibrant color transfer.
Heat Press Settings
Preheat your press to 190°C and warm the lanyard for 20 seconds to remove moisture.
Place your design (printed on sublimation paper) face-down on the lanyard.
Press for 45–90 seconds with firm pressure to transfer the design.
