so i had a roll of plastic i used for covering floor when painting, looked at it and went hmm 
i think the english name is vapor barrier foil its commonly used in construction etc when isolating roof to prevent water passing through.
anyway i decided lets try make my own smart vinyl
used some doublé side sticky tape strips for mat stickyness, used cutting mat to drawn on some inch measures and asure width
