DOES anyone expriencing updating v4 to v6 firmware update

“Is anyone having trouble updating firmware from v4 to v6? I’ve been stuck for hours, and it’s driving me crazy. Any help would be greatly appreciated!”

What machine do you have? Do you have any error codes that come up when trying to do the firmware update. Have you tried updating to v5 then to v6?

loklik v2, already tried to v4 to v5 or v6 , always failed updated tried flash tools didnt work it also , i neeed to try any laptop or pc

Yeah, if you can try a different laptop try. When you do the update, do you hold the button down the entire time? Have you emailed the customer support about the problem. I’ll tag @Jodie she may be able to help.

Maybe the port connection from laptop to cutter is not registering. Can you try a different port on your laptop or maybe if you have a dongle plug that in. I know some Lenovo laptops had troubles with connection issues

not using laptop lenovo, i have already update this last time in v4 with no problem, using pc, ports , its connected ok to my pc , doing cuts, i just want to update the firmware to v6 and calibrate but its hard to update

mmmm, I’m not sure then. The IT support person in me says turn it off then on again. Hopefully you get this resolved soon.

already do the intructions, replace the usb port still no changes , i will contact support team :slight_smile:

I’ve just notice that when firmware update is done on your phone, it is not in sync when you check on your laptop. The last version updated on laptop stays as is even thought it was updated on mobile device.

@admins already have issue with my loklik v2 , i already use ACER aspire WIN 11, to my device , and stil cannot update my firmware , already seller instruct from, HTVTRONT gave me some intructions ,but none of this help my issue at my device, i am using ryzen 7 to my pc and another laptop if ryzen 5 7000 series, its give me such frustration now,almost two days trouble shooting my device, hopefully this device has no restriction or uncompatible to other brands /pc./laptop we can use it very smooth

Hopefully support team can help my issue how to fix my device, or can they create a new firmware for both software ryzen and intel so we can use it well, its hard to stuck up in v4 , when we had already v6, in so for in future, tech support from lazada had all instructions they tel, but none of them conquer :sweat_smile:
