Hi and Welcome to the Community @Br1Pa! Please see below. Hope, I answered your inquiry. Please let us know if this works for you otherwise, try searching the model number (FOB01) on the brand’s official website. They often have downloadable manuals in the support section.

Customer support: If all else fails, reaching out to the manufacturer directly can get you the exact steps for your model.

I’m glad it worked out for you! Next step is:

Power off the oven and then turn on again after a few seconds. After restarting the oven, press the “out” button and adjust the temperature that you would like to use between 248° - 257° Fahrenheit, using up or down key and save using “out" button. (NOTE: This is for your reference only! Please follow the manufacturer’s recommendation’s curing temperature and time for your film.)

Hi @Br1Pa, I am wondering if your oven came with user manual or a QR code for downloading it (if any?) Did you try to contact the support and ask for a copy of user manual?

Help needed. I recently purchased the D2 kit that includes an oven, but the oven did not come with a manual. I am having trouble curing the DTF prints, as the ink sometimes evaporates, leaving behind small pinholes. I was advised to lower the temperature, but I suspect my oven is malfunctioning. I need to restore it to its factory settings; could someone please share some photos?

For the pinholes, it’s worth checking two things before assuming the oven is broken: whether the print is fully dry, and whether the powder is covering the ink evenly.

After printing, let the film sit somewhere with good airflow for a bit. If you look from the side and it still looks shiny, it needs more drying time. Once it looks more matte, then put it in the oven.

The usual setting is around 120°C for 120s , but if you still see those little pinholes, try dropping the temp by 5–10°C . If the pinholes go away but the powder is not fully melted, add a few more seconds, like 5–10s .

Also, if the powder is too thin in some spots, the ink can dry out there and leave tiny holes too.

If it keeps happening after that, take a few clear photos of the print and the problem spots, then send them to support@htvront.com so they can help check if anything is wrong with the oven.
