Hi and Welcome to the Community @decoarti.fl! Thanks for reaching out. I know how frustrating it can be when your printer isn’t cooperating, especially after replacing the printhead. Let’s go through a few things step by step:
Ink Flow & Lines
• Check if the ink lines are properly primed and free of air bubbles. Sometimes the printer won’t absorb ink if there’s trapped air.
• Make sure the dampers are seated correctly and not clogged.
Capping Station & Pump
• If the capping station isn’t sealing tightly or the pump isn’t pulling ink, the printhead won’t stay primed. Try running a cleaning cycle and see if ink is being pulled into the waste tank.
Cartridges & Chips
• Confirm that the cartridges are recognized by the printer and that the chips are clean/undamaged. If the printer isn’t detecting ink properly, it won’t flow.
Printhead Installation
• Double-check the ribbon cables and connections to the printhead. A loose or misaligned cable can cause the head not to fire.

At this stage, I wouldn’t assume the machine itself is defective—it’s often an ink delivery or suction issue. If you’ve already tried these steps and the problem continues, I’d recommend reaching out to Loklik support directly with photos or a short video of the issue. That way, they can confirm whether it’s a hardware fault or something that can be fixed with maintenance.
