we did the clean and print like the tutorial tells us and we get ink that is running down the film and then it slams into the left side so hard everyone in the room jumps from it. we didn’t find a place that it told us to put cleaner ink in. did we do something wrong. Should I leave it turned on or turn it off until I hear something? would love help before i have to call them tomorrow morning. Thanks in advance!

We did some test prints and it is amazing! It’s light and it moves with the fabric. I even tried a pice of a pic on a scrap of silk and it is beautiful. i have to put teflon behind the silk too as it goes through it. The possibilities are endless!
