I have used the engraver successfully in Lightburn. The trial ended and I used Laser GRBL. When I clicked home then the laser went to the home position but it made horrible slamming sound every time. It happened in the Loklik PC app as well. I purchased a Lightburn license and it connects to the USB PORT and says Ready. The console stops on MSG: Connecting. When the engraver is turned on I hear a low humming sound and 3 beeps. The laser will not move. I can move the laser manually. Need Help! I also erased the SD that came with the engraver. Anyway that is the problem or can I get the LEF01 10W file emailed or sent to me?

Welcome to the community! I’m so sorry you’re having this issue. It sounds like you’re right in thinking it’s because you’ve erased the SD card. I believe your best bet would be to contact Loklik Support and talk to them about how to get those files. They should be able to help you. Good luck! I hope they’re able to get you those files or send you a new SD card. Let us know once it’s been resolved, please.

Welcome to the community @Chris_DuBoss. Sorry you are having problems. When you get the SD Card situation rectified, you will want to put the SD Card into the USB that came with the machine and insert that into your computer. When you are using LightBurn, the SD Card needs that access to connect. I have attached the information about how to contact support. Your best bet is to send an email to the support email address. I can tell you that this process will be a back and forth and will require some patience. However, they will get you squared away and assisted with the problem. You can call but that will be customer support and they will take your information and send that over to the technical support team. We will circle back in a few days to see if you were able to get your concern rectified.
