I have great memories from current Christmasās but remembering back to when my parents were still with us are far more meaningful. Our whole family was local so everyone was in the same place. That was a lot of people in a small house. Being the youngest of 6, I donāt think I ever graduated from the kid table, even as an adult. Only about half of us are still local so we never get that same crowd together for the holidays. I miss that part.
Christmas has always been a happy time for me. Spending time with the family. Most of my childhood Christmas were spent with my siblings and mum and dad. My mum is from America and my dad is from New Zealand so we only saw extended family every now and again. It was great when we were all together though. Now me living further from my family itās a bit the same. We only go every couple of years for Christmas. I really like a Christmas at home though, spending time with the kids and my new toys lol
Ok so I have had a few thought on what to share Christmas has lots of things for me but Honestly one of my favorite Christmas was probably when we were on deployment it was about who was with us and nothing about the who to shop for simple being on a ship floating and doing our jobs.
Some people may not understand that but I really loved the fact we had all been on the same playing field.
My Christmas last year was truly memorable because finally, we had our baby girl. And at the same time, I am forever grateful to the Lord for giving me a second life. In September 2024, I delivered our very lively baby, whom we named Gift, because we really werenāt planning to have another child after our second.
Inside the delivery room, I was fighting for my life right after giving birth. My cervix didnāt contract, which caused the bleeding to continue. But thank You, Lord, for giving me such an excellent doctor. She never left my side, and Iām also grateful to my spiritual family who unceasingly prayed for me.
Everything I went through inside the delivery room, I lift up in thanksgiving to the Lord, because He gave me another chance to be with my family.
I love sending out Christmas cups!!! Thatās what I love is when people request hand made tumblers. I love the thought in them! I love the wrap ups and the shipping part. I be like oh somebodies finna smile on 12/25.
Your colors a great.
I really, really need a tumbler/mug press! Now!!!
When I got my Dremel about 10 years ago, I wanted to make a little decorative item for Christmas. This was carved using the basic bits that came with it. However, it was very challenging due to the weight of the Dremel in the hand. Itās certainly not a lightweight thing and I didnāt have the pen attachment at the time, so I was very difficult to be precise.
A couple of years later I decided to add some colour to it, but I now wish I hadnāt!
Wow, what a beautiful and meaningful piece!
Wow what are really cool project
