Ohhh nostalgic mood!
Over the years, I have given my wife a few of my drawings and she still keeps them
It might be a simple plannner for others but for me it’s special i give this planner to one of deserving daycare teacher it’s really hard to teach a 80 children’s at the age of 4&5 even a planner can help to atleast an a reminder that there’s always no need to stress out make your self rest sometimes
With this Friday Fun topic - The Best Handmade Gift You’ve Made or Received, I really reflected on the best handmade gift I’ve ever received—especially since I’m usually the one making handmade gifts for everyone else. That’s when I thought of my Mom.
I quickly opened one of my moving/storage boxes and found a treasure: a smocked decorative pillow she made for me back in the year 2000. It’s entirely handmade, and I’ve always loved the intricate pattern and her perfect choice of gold satin fabric. I know how much love, time, and effort she poured into it, and I’ve deeply appreciated it ever since.
When I migrated to the USA 16 years ago to work, I made sure to bring it with me. And now, having rediscovered this long-lost treasure, I’ve proudly displayed it in my favorite space—my craft room.
Inspired by my Mom’s creation, I recreated the pattern in a heart-shaped pillow and gifted it to my Sister-in-Law. It felt like a beautiful way to pass on the love. 🩷🩷
This is the best handmade gift I can think of: a stunning and elegant black knitted pinafore dress my mom made for me. The stitch is tinny, so it took her ages, but I’ve worn it thousands of times, as it goes with anything and is really comfortable and warm. Mom’s warmth in every stitch.
Perhaps one of the best handmade gifts, was my very first shadow box I created for my husband and I to celebrate our anniversary this year. The date of our anniversary also happens to fall on Valentine’s Day, so this shadow box was very fitting. This year we celebrated our 15th anniversary and I love him just as much now as I did when we first met. I remember that he asked to put it in the living room on the bookcase so he could look at it daily. We will certainly be bringing it out every year as a way to remind us to love each other, ourselves, and our families.
My neice graduated out of high school as a nurse & I made all of this for her & this one of my best gifts
This is amazing! I love the texture and the design.
The most meaningful handmade gift I’ve ever created is actually for myself A glass tumbler with bamboo lid, decorated with simple cuts of gold and black vinyl in balloon dog silhouettes.
It represents my five French Poodles my loyal companions, my family, my loves. Two of them have already crossed the rainbow bridge, and carrying their memory with me every day is both painful and beautiful.
I’ve always loved giving thoughtful gifts to others, but I rarely make something just for me. This tumbler is my reminder of self-love: that we also deserve to celebrate ourselves, to honor our journey, and to carry symbols of the love that never leaves us.
They’re coasters
I absolutely love cardinals
I make this memorial photo frame for a friend who lost her grandma is so especial for me i make it with so much respect ans love for her i use htvront sublimation paper
I’m late because it never poster. Anyway.
Last year for Christmas I made this mirror with our names on it, along wi th other gifts not pictured. I gave to em out at our family Christmas gathering.
thank you
I made a “Lita” Shirt using HTVront Sublimation Paper and HTVront Manual Heat Press to surprise my Grandson on his Born-on Day when I flew out to Pennsylvania to see him since he moved there to get better treatment for his Leukemia. Needless to say, he was very excited to see me on his Born-on Day! The reason this is so Special to me, my grandson has been going through Chemo treatments and just seeing the smile on his face when he saw me was all we needed and my son told me, that with me flying out there was just the medicine that my grandson needed along with the family!
I wanted to add this. I did memorial cups for people a lot at one point in my business it was so sad how many people were grieving. This was one. I saw the lady this weekend and she said I had to ask you to make me another cup because now that I’m better my husband just stares at me

My granddaughter is going to the 1st grade so I customized my schools supplies with one of her favorite characters. Hello Kitty I used HTVront’s glossy sticker paper and I love how everything came out.
