I was in the middle of pressing a shirt and when I pressed it nothing transfered and when I went to repress it I recieved this error message…Please advise …

Probably not what you want to hear but these are the trouble shoot instructions from the manual

I would power the machine down completely and remove the power cord from the wall and wait 5 mins. Plug it back in turn it on and if it gives the error again I would contact HTVRont support

Thanks so much. I reached out to support, but it still won’t heat up, and sending videos was tough because the files were too large.
