My HTVRONT heat press is not working and will not close. It looks like it is off balance because the press is not even when it goes back up and not it does nothing but beep and wont close.

Can you send a photo? Have you unplugged for a little then back in? What have you recently pressed did it have something that it pressed that was not evened out like pressure only on one half side?

Hi @tammymdesigns2, I’m sorry you are facing issues with your heat press. To best help you get it pressing can you tell me which machine you have please.
HTVRont Auto 1 or HTVRont Auto 2?
Some further information would help us quickly find the issue
- Has your heat press worked previously?
- Have you checked around your machine to make sure nothing is hitting it or preventing it from going down?
- Have you turned your heat press off and unplugged it from the wall and left it for 5 mins and tried again?
- How many beeps does it make and when it does it, does it have an error code displayed on the screen?
Any pictures or videos you can provide to show us what it is doing will greatly help as well.

I haven’t pressed anything that would cause it to press higher than the other side and it is on a level table. I have unplugged it several times and it still will not work.
I would contact customer support and show them a photo, they will tell you how to remedy it.

Did you manage to get this resolved, I have the same issue! It couldn’t have come at a worse time!
