im planning in making this on a print and cut and im new to the cutting machine . Do you guys think it will cut this around the image and around the words ? or should i do the words separate ?

It should cut out fine. Might be better to remove the background and check the image before uploading it into LOKLiK Idea Studio. Might be good to remove that line under the word rather as well. I think its to thin and will peel off easy after pressing the Heat Transfer paper.

Hi @Juanmiguel_perez! Welcome to the community! We’re happy you’ve joined us. Congratulations on your new cutting machine!
I think you should test it out on a regular piece of paper, so you can be sure to get the settings & everything right first. Not only will the Loklik cut out the words, it will probably want to cut around each individual letter. So if you want to keep the words as a whole, I suggest adding your image to the canvas, and using the offset function that’s in the top tool bar, rather than the image matting print then cut offset. Making sure that the offset doesn’t go around each letter, rather the whole image. The print then cut can be tricky. So practice is a must before using your heat transfer paper.
You’ll need to either hide the offset when you print or change the color of it to white, so it doesn’t show up in the print. After it’s printed you’ll want to cut ONLY the offset layer. So when setting the parameters for the cut, make sure you have only the offset layer checked on the Make screen.

You’re very welcome. There are timestamps, so you should be able to go straight to the print then cut section of the video pretty easily. I hope you’ll share your project with us once you’ve gotten it finished.
