HELP iCraft malfunction (i guess)

Hello! I bought my machine 5 months ago but then it suddenly became like this while in the middle of cutting. Anyone knows how to fix this? I tried turning it off and unplugging it but it didn’t fix the problem :<

oh no @Xyrene_Mae_Swing this is strange?

Quick checklist

  • Stop, eject mat, power off
  • Inspect blade (free-spinning tip, correct exposure). Re-seat the holder firmly
  • Realign mat
  • Power on, run a test cut near the top-left of the mat
  • If the test passes, re-send your job and try again

Also try this

  • Pen test: pop in the pen and “draw” the same file. If it sails through, the issue possibly was blade drag/force, not motors.

this may help you work out if it’s the blade, motor or belt?
I also recommend that you send this video to support, they are great!! Good luck!

Have you inspected blade and holder?

Have you tried with another design?

To force mat ejection, you can put a task to work and then click the button to delete the tasks list. It usually forces the mat release.

You can also try this: switch it off, unplug poser wire for a minute, plug again, switch on.

Can you perform a firmware update (although it is already updated)? It can solve mechannical jams.
