I am new user of LokLik Icraft, i was able to successfully calibrate it and it is an awesome experience!
The thing now is I’m getting trouble when i use the print function as it seems like the app is not communicating with my printer. Tried basic troubleshooting steps as follows:
Reinstall software both loklik and printer
Restart PC and printer
Saved as PDF using Loklik STILL UNRESPONSIVE
Tried other program such as adobe acrobat etc with print function WORKS
Tried on my Tablet using LOKLIK app WORKS
Although it works on my tablet, it zooms the print out for 1-2mm so i really do prefer to work on PC.

Hi and welcome to the community @xbadjx! I’m so sorry you run to this situation. I’ve read the conversation, and you haven’t mention about the “firmware update”. I’m wondering if you did this first when you got your machine to work otherwise, please update it with the latest version while both PC and iCraft are both connected through USB cable. Follow the on-screen prompt and you would be able to use your print and cut features after you calibrate your machine accordingly. (NOTE: Make sure both iCraft and printer’s bluetooth/wi-fi are discoverable within range so you can print the calibration sheet otherwise use USB cable to connect). Hope this helps and please keep us updated.
All the basic troubleshooting steps didn’t work, so I thought there might be a problem with my current file. I tried printing artwork from one of the free SVGs available here, and it worked!
I went back to my original file, but it still wouldn’t print. So I redid everything and lowered the image quality—and that resolved the issue.
Not sure if it’s a bug, but it’s working again. Thank you, everyone!
I’m glad you figured it out! Enjoy your new machine and let us know in the future if need further assistance. We would love to see what you can create with your machine as well and maybe you can share it to the community under Inspiration section.
all good, i’m so happy you have stayed with it and trouble shoot to get it working, yes the design side of it can prevent things from working, i didnt even think of that.
