Help - Loklik iCraft Malfunction

Hi,

I recently bought my Loklik iCraft and I made sure to read the manuals and watch tutorial videos before using it. When I turned it on for the first time, the tool/blade holder stayed on the left side (see photo below) and wouldn’t move back to the middle. Even after turning it off and on again, nothing changed — the other buttons don’t respond either.

I’ve also tried connecting it to my laptop via USB and Bluetooth, but it doesn’t connect. I even tried connecting it to my phone with no success.

Could you please help me resolve this issue? I saved up a lot to buy this machine and I really want to get it working. Is this something that can be fixed, or should I consider returning it?

Thank you very much for your help!

Update: It now returns to the middle position. I discovered that the top cover is broken, possibly due to damage during delivery. The broken part seems to be what’s causing the tool holder to get stuck and not stay centered.
