Hi, can someone help me? My LokLik Icraft won’t send the file to printing. If I click on the PRINT button, it loads, then nothing happens. The printer is connected, and it was working just earlier, and suddenly won’t print now.

Hi @Pauline_Delator. Welcome to the community. Can you send a screen recording or video of what you’re trying to do?
The iCraft isn’t what sends the image to the printer, it’s the software. So this is a software issue, rather than a cutting machine issue.
In order to help you, we need more information, and a video would certainly help us to understand what’s going on.
Are you clicking print in the software? Because it sounds as if you’re clicking a button on the machine. To print, you need to click the Print option in the software.
