Help me! [RESOLVED]

Loklik Craft. When reading marks from a glossy laminating film, it does not see the marks at all. Is there any way to fix this? It is very necessary to cut the glossy film, maybe there is some way.

I have seen a video where someone placed some matte transparent foil over the calibration corners.
Perhaps that could be a solution?
(It could be glare from the material that is causing the problem.)

If it’s clear you can put blue painters tape behind the marks. Too so it gives it a solid color behi f it.

Do you apply the glossy laminate on top of paper? If so, I cut the glossy laminate, so it only just fits inside of the registration marks, that way the registration marks are able to be read.
If you are working with a glossy sheet itself, you can try to add some clear matte masking tape over the top of the marks which should help the machine read them. You can also try going over the marks with a black marker. Another work around is printing the registration mark sheet out on normal paper. Placing your glossy paper on to the cutting mat. Then taping the normal paper with the registration marks on top of it. Loading it into the machine and then press start on your print then cut job. After the machine has read the registration marks, you can pause the task. Unload the mat take off the registration mark sheet, load the mat again and press resume. The machine should go straight into cutting out the glossy sheet for you.

I found a slightly different way to do this, I laminate the sheet completely (I have thermal lamination), and then I rub the marks with sandpaper so that they become matte, and voila, everything turns out
