I really need help with complete and detailed instructions on how to use HTVRONT Permanent Vinyl, Adhesive Vinyl for Cricut. such as what type of setting I should be using, what type of blade and if there is a coating I should be removing before cutting. what side to place down on a mat. my cuts are not working. and I am unable to weed and transfer. detailed video if possible, not a 2-second short video but a very detailed one if possible
Usually there are settings presets on your software. You need to choose depending on the type of permanent vinyl since there are a lot of them.
The ones that have a chrome type of finish have a thin protective layer on top that you need to remove before cutting.
When placing on mat, the carrier sheet should be the one sticking to the mat, no need to mirror your design. You need a separate transfer tape to transfer what you cut to the object you want to stick it to.
Hope this helps
Most of the time, you will get instructions on how to cut the HTVRont vinyl in the box of the vinyl. What’s worked for me though is standard blade and vinyl setting. Theres no protective coating on their normal vinyl. Not sure about other types. With adhesive vinyl you place vinyl side up on the mat. If you are not sure which side that is you can peel a bit of the corner away and what ever side the vinyl is on that goes on top so the Cricut just cuts out the vinyl not the carrier sheet.
