How to combine image and text?

Is this a new update? Image and text can’t be combined anymore It’s frustrating!

It never supports combine images, but it supports combine layers & text. They will add this feature, but I guess it will take some time.

This is absolutely needed in the making of sticker or cards we need to be able to combine pngs and texts and send them to print and cut
