The machine heats up, but seems no pressure. Nothing would transfer onto fabric. It is brand new just opened it, but no manual, a card with 3 QR Codes.
Any suggestions? The temp I used was 320degrees, 15 and 20 seconds. tried a few times.

Welcome to the community! We’re happy to have you here. Did you scan the QR codes? I’m pretty sure one of them will have a link to the manual which you can then print.
The HTVRont Auto Heat Press 2 features digital, adjustable pressure settings, allowing you to change it from 50 lbs to 170 lbs via the control panel. You can adjust the pressure by pressing the dedicated pressure button and using the plus/minus buttons to increase or decrease the pressure by 20 lb (10 kg) with a short press, or 40 lb (20 kg) with a long press.

I have the HTVRont Auto Heat Press 1 .
This option worked for me! I added a teflon sheet to top of pad, added a thin mousepad, my garment,did a quick 3 sec prepress, put my logo on used siserweed htv vinyl,with whitebackground and four colors but it was only 2 layers, and then a teflon sheet over it and it worked! Im so excited! Thanks for the support!!!

I just opened mine up and the heat press will not go down after I press the green blinking start light
