I am missing the SD card for my iengrave. I have put it together and was so excited to use it but cannot connect due to missing SD card. Is there any way to download the information and format it to a new card?

Welcome to the community @glitter68. I hate to hear that you are missing your SD Card for your iEngrave. We had someone else recently in the community that ran in to the same issue. @OliviaZzz mentioned to that person about reaching out to support. Without the thumb drive USB that has the Micro SD card you will be missing the driver for the laser and without that it will be almost impossible to get connected. Support will certainly get you on the right path to the laser working. When I received my laser I had the wrong plug and they were able to take care of it for me. I always make sure to tell anyone that when they reach out to support to have patience. They are in a different country and it takes 24 hours for them to typically respond to emails. If you are in the states, they are available our Sunday through Thursday as our Friday and Saturday are their weekends. There are many of us here if you have any more questions or need additional support, please feel free to reach out!

I was able to locate it. Machine won’t work though. Tried everything to get it to connect. May be a faulty machine as there were scratches on the bottom of the unit when I unpacked it and loose screws in the box. Not sure if it was a previous return.
