I was just calibrating my machine then I stopped working for an hour. When I came back to do a print and cut then this happened. I reached out to the online store where I bought this machine but no response yet from them.

Hello!
Have you tried turning it off and on again? That usually works when my Crafter acts a fool. ![]()
Yes, i tried to on and off my machine. But still the same.
Ok, how about unplugging it for 30 seconds?
It sounds like mine when I accidentally leave the blade lock open, but yours looks to be closed. Or it may have something jammed in the track. Maybe inspect it to see if there’s some paper or something jammed anywhere.
Can I open the machine?
No, I wouldn’t advise that. If you’ve unplugged it and restarted it, and it’s still doing it, I’d reach out to support and see what they say, especially if you’ve had it less than a year. They may not answer you until the early hours of the morning, but they will get back to you within 24 hours, usually. Be prepared to send this video and your order number. It would probably move things along more quickly if you just send them that information in your initial email. You can email them at support@htvront.com. Hope you get it all worked out.
Thank you so much. I will send them email. I think it’s because of the ribbon attached to that thing on the center. (i don’t know if that’s the correct term) .
You’re so very welcome.
Yeah, it definitely sounds like it’s gotten hung up on something. I hope you can get it fixed. We’d love to see what all projects you make with it. Come back here and let us know if you were able to get it fixed. If you do find out what the problem is, it would be nice to know what it was, as it will be helpful for others if it happens to them. Have a wonderful week, happy holidays, and good luck!
