I want to know the computer system information of everyone who failed to update the firmware. My system information is as follows

OK, we will release the new version as soon as possible, and I will contact you to update it later. It will take some time at present ~ this is the last reply from the seller waiting for the latest update form the techs find anotther laptop using INTEL and then update it, i will try it to update tomorow using intel laptop

Hello, yes you can upgrade using Intel processor but I hope this will raise an issue so that techs can have a solution for Ryzen processor. At first, I thought I cant update because of my laptop brand but it turns out that you can firmware update using Ryzen processor.

finally update the software using i5 laptop done, u can update for the meantime using i5 software

Does your computer have an external graphics card box or does the host have a built-in independent graphics card?

I don’t know but mine’s Lenovo ThinkPad x395 amd ryzen 5 pro

they issue with lenovo brands also, bette use intel and not lenovo also
