It will take some time at present ~ this is the last reply from the seller waiting for the latest update form the techs find anotther laptop using INTEL and then update it, i will try it to update tomorow using intel laptop

Hello, yes you can upgrade using Intel processor but I hope this will raise an issue so that techs can have a solution for Ryzen processor. At first, I thought I cant update because of my laptop brand but it turns out that you can firmware update using Ryzen processor.

i use intel acer nitro, i5
I don’t know but mine’s Lenovo ThinkPad x395 amd ryzen 5 pro
they issue with lenovo brands also, bette use intel and not lenovo also
