I contacted Support. I’m just waiting for a response. I’m not giving up, though! I’ve been planning this purchases for years. And even though things aren’t going as expected, I’m still excited. This machine is adding a layer to my home customization business. If I do need a new machine, I hope that can happen sooner rather than later!
