do I fold before rolling? or after? I may need some tweezers

I have found its a bit easier to bend the flower petals a bit before you roll them. But you can still bend them when they are rolled. I use a quilling tool, but you could get some tweezers and gently bend some petals backwards. Just gives the flowers are more life like look.

After of course and you can do it with your fingers too or any stick or tweezers.
