I received my ipaint less than a week ago, I have done what was required to get the free gift, but I have had no reply from Facebook LOKLiK direct message. Am I doing something wrong. I don’t see much about this. Please can someone help me.

Sometimes replies from the LOKLiK team can take a few days, especially if there’s a high volume of messages. I’d recommend double-checking that your Facebook message includes your order number. If you’ve already done that, you might want to gently follow up in the same message thread so it stays visible.
If you ordered it through HTVRONT website, you might want to directly contact their customer support for further assistance.
