Hello @admin @admins , I’d like to ask if there are replacement parts for the iCraft? I noticed that this part shows wear and tear and I think it’s the culprit for my uneven cuts.
The left side isn’t being cut as deep as the right side.
I hope this can be fixed please

I do hope so. I am only able to cut well on the right side of the printing sheet huhu… had to manually cut the parts that were not fully cut buly the machine

Would applying stronger force do the job for now? The mat is going to suffer a bit, though
Adding more force might result in the right side having die cut then the left side is kiss cut . This would not be good for standard cuts in vinyl and htv since the designs on the right side might cut right through 
Since I mainly do print and cut, I guess this was the cause of having this part of the machine to have these marks
you’re right, not good for KC or vinyls 
@timmytation, that part looks a bit odd. How old is your iCraft for the wear and tear to be that visible? I haven’t seen anything like that—especially if you’re using a mat under the rolling pin. Hopefully there’s a quick resolution for it. 
is it damaged, or lifts up i can’t quiet see what’s wrong, also I have recorded a video to send to support about the cuts not being even across from left to midle to right. so it may not be your part circled above, it might be the way the machine is currently cutting. Mine cuts best right down the centre at the 6" mark
I just got it February this year. It’s not even used that frequently since it’s mostly for home projects. I haven’t tried matless cutting with it too so I’m also worried as to how this happened
In the white part that should be the cushion underneath the mat, there’s like a gouged out part.
It’s not smooth like the right side of the cutting machine

hola, existe una cinta que es de teflón esas sirven para plotter de corte, son de diferentes anchos y tamaños pero te podría servir.
I just received two strips from cricut and replaced my bent and broken one. It was an inch or less too big so I just cut the end off and it fits in the track perfectly. I don’t think they have many left. I have also ordered some from AliExpress. I will let you know when I receive them, if they will fit also.
Oh I’m not sure if ali express is available in our region. Haven’t tried it yet. But thanks for letting me know where you got yours 
call a local business who uses the bigger plotters/vinyl cutters and ask where they get theit “cut strips”/ “blade strips”
