Issues setting up loklik crafter

Hi everyone, I am having issues with my loklik crafter when attempting my first cut. After pressing start it says in progress but reverts back to start

Does the machine do anything when you press start? Could you show us a video of what it is doing. Tagging the @admin hopefully they can help.

Is it brand new? Most of them come with an old firmware, you may need new firmware and last Idea Studio version.
