Hi, is anyone else having issues downloading the software onto Windows? Have just recently got an iCraft and tried downloading Idea studio but the only link I could get to work was through the app store website but it doesn’t work. I’ve managed to download it on my phone but that’s not ideal working on such a small screen.
I could be missing something totally obvious but any help would be appreciated.
What is your laptop? Is it a chromebook?
Open the official Loklik website and download it from there I always do even when there’s an update I redownload it
No it’s a Windows laptop. I do have a Chromebook but I didn’t think it worked on it?
The link on the website seems to be broken, it won’t open. Same on the Loklik Europe site (I’m in the UK)
Have you tried from here? It could be your browser as well, you could try a different browser. I just tried using chrome and edge and they both worked.
Thanks got it sorted. It was an issue with my laptop, it didn’t have Visual C++ downloaded on it. All working fine now
