Just got the ICRAFT and it will not cut all the way through vinyl. HELP. [RESOLVED!]

I’ve tried calibrating it and I’ve switched out the blade just in case. What is going wrong. Thank you.

Can you post photos of your project so it’s easier to see what is going on for the person that may be able to help more. I do not have the machine so can’t give a lot of advice on it. Bu if you send photos of the results your seeing and the setting you have that will be helpful.

Hello, welcome to the community! What settings are you using? Are you selecting “Other” in the material options? If so, you’ll probably have to set the force to 300+. I don’t have the iCraft, I have the Crafter, but mine won’t make any cuts at a force less than 300 if I select “Other.” I mostly use the Loklik or HTVRont options at a force of 6.5 - 7.0 — if I’m cutting those brands of vinyl. If I’m using other brands’ vinyl, I set the force to at least 300.

I just calibrated it using the paper and then cutting directly on vinyl seems to be fine now. Thanks so much!!

Awesome! You’re very welcome. I’m happy it’s working for you. At times, mine will go through the motions, but never make a cut, either. But upon running it a second time it works fine. :joy: I think these machines have a mind of their own.
