Resolved! Last night after, many email exchanges, tech support at HTVront remotely accessed my computer and I am now able to connect the machine to the software. So if you are in the same type of situation, be patient and answer their questions no matter how simple they sound and they will follow up with you. It’s working great!

I was told via email that they wished me to be available for a call that evening at 8PM. They also sent a link for me to download the software they would use to remotely access my computer. At 8 PM, I received an email from them with a link for Microsoft Teams which allowed me to join a video chat with them…

It was a very simple process of allowing them to use my computer to check the logs in Loklik Studio. Then they used my version of Lightburn to edit the Gcode for the laser. It was very quick and I wasn’t able to read the code they inserted.

And now it is working great via USB. They offered to connect me via wi-fi but I declined because in order to do that I have to change my wifi from 5ghz to 2.4. Since then I have been able to connect to my iPad via wi-fil just by following the instructions that are in the software.
