As Halloween wraps up, my mind is already dancing with Christmas ideas! This week, I found myself inspired by a set of photos from 2017—sweet snapshots with my daughter that instantly brought back the joy of crafting together.
When it comes to holiday creativity, I love wandering through craft stores and snapping pictures of full display sections. Seeing how items are styled helps me imagine how they might look in my own home. If something catches my eye, I’ll often buy it and use it as a base for customization—adding personal touches and turning it into a signature gift I can recreate for loved ones. It’s my way of blending inspiration with intention
Now I’m curious—what sparks your creativity during the holiday season? Where do you find ideas for handmade Christmas gifts? Drop a comment and let’s inspire each other
I started making ornaments, Santa hats and boots for Christmas and since then that’s all what my customers order.
I’ve made some coasters and 2 door hangers but people are not fan of these.
Trying to make candy gift bags/treats for all the kids in the family. One year I made Candy Sleighs they were a big hit. This year i was thinking creating/decorating Christmas stockings might ignite my own crafting inspiration. The holidays tend to be tough on me so much loss from this time of year. Grief is so hard and getting through the holidays are challenging, but the tiny laughter and small wishes of children makes it easier. Happy crafting!
