Good afternoon,
I am using a Loklik Crafter.
This morning when attempting to power my crafter on it would not start up and I could see that the power light would flash very faintly, I could hear the sound of the usb connecting to the laptop.
However, the crafter will not turn or connect.
I have tried all the following and am still unable to get the crafter functioning:-
•I have restarted the device and my laptop
•I have updated my laptop to ensure that was not the issue
• I have tried to do a firmware update through the studio app on my laptop, I cannot do so as I cannot connect to my crafter on the studio, it does not find it at all
•I have tried to connect through the app on my phone but it also cannot find my crafter
•I have downloaded the flash tool driver and attempted to do the firmware update through the Loklik cutting flash tool, this is also unsuccessful as when getting to the page to do the update my crafter cannot be found on the port discovery selection box
•I have held the power button numerous times whilst clicking the port discovery button, I tried this with each and every update listed and have downloaded them all but my crafter does not show up on the port discovery for any of them when “COMx” should be showing.
I am now at a loss of what to do to solve this issue and have customers awaiting orders that I am now unable to make ![]()
Have been trying to fix it all day and am close to giving up.
I have sent this to customer service too but have been waiting a while for a reply so thought I would try on here.
Any suggestions or advice will be really appreciated.
