Loklik iengrave error on app

I get this message and the machine will not perform a preview (frame) I continue thru til i send to machine, it moves a lil makes noise then shuts back off… any advice?

try to reset the machine in the reset hole in front of it, and reconnect it again, check if your moden is 2.4 ghz if it is 5 ghz it will not work.

Thanks ive tried reset, i have starlink n did a split network, so i have it set to 2.4… also it does connect and, will move when i click on the arrow keys so wouldnt think its connection issue.

Thanks for sharing the details! The tech team suggests double-checking the material position with the frame preview before starting the task, and make sure not to move the laser head manually.
