You need to adjust your settings, so the cut just goes through the sticker not the backing. It may take a couple tries.

Oh I thought another thing when they make stickers individually but also kiss cut as in Cricut design space

Thats a die cut when you have a stand alone sticker. Although you can do a die cut sticker with a kiss cut so then it’s easier to peel it. I have a tutorial coming out very soon.
