In your video, I noticed you’re using the cover edition and have an air assist installed. I’m curious— is this the first time you’ve experienced this issue with the air assist? Did your iEngrave work normally before installing it? I’m asking because I’ve seen several users run into problems after adding air assist to the cover model.
