I’ve tried calibrate machine several times and still way off when it comes to print and cut to make stickers.

Welcome to the community @Ingrid_Brown_Rosa1 when i first got my machine i had the same troubles. I kept calibrating until i realised the firmware had to be updated as soon as you get your machine. Video attached about the firmware.
Then i callibrated using the usb cable, you can use bluetooth but i prefer using the cable.
My stickers print then cut much better now, even though we still need to maintain and calibrate frequently.

@InkiteeWorkshop has you covered how. But just wanted to also add that if you have done 5 or more calibrations in a row and it keeps cutting off you may want to reset your calibration. This will let your machine start calibrating from scratch again and you will get better results.

Welcome to the community @Ingrid_Brown_Rosa1! I know sometimes, it is really frustrating if we can’t get the right calibration for our cutting machine. First, you really want to make sure you have an updated firmware in your machine before calibration. The link from @Ingrid_Brown_Rosa1 and @BellethehowtoGuru are great for your reference. In addition to that, here are some Tips for Better Calibration:

Consistent Paper:

Use the same type of paper for calibration and your actual print-then-cut projects.

Accurate Paper Placement:

Ensure the paper is straight and flat in the printer when printing the calibration sheet.

100% Scale:

Print the calibration sheet at 100% scale without margins or fit-to-page options.

Dark Registration Marks:

Make sure the registration marks on the calibration sheet are clear and dark enough for the machine to detect.

Please give us some updates when you can
