Machine won't work

I have had my icrafter for less than a month. I tried to cut something today and it went to the far right side of the mat even though it was set up correctly in the “studio”. The machine jammed and now it won’t connect via USB or Bluetooth. Everything I found said you need to do a firmware upgrade. It did that when I first started it today and before I started to use it. All 4 lights are on, but it won’t connect to the computer. I tired downloading the flash app for it, but that didn’t work either. Does anyone know how to do a hard reset on this without it having computer access? it was a lot of money for something that only worked for 30 days. Thanks

I am using intel. The machine won’t connect to the computer at all.
It was working and then jammed. I can’t get it to ‘reset’, so the flashing tool won’t work to help reset the firmware, It is just stuck with all 4 white lights on. I can move the cutting head with my hand, so it isn’t jammed. It is frustrating that the support phone line closes at noon. I have (as I am sure most people do) a full time job and not available to call during the hours they are open.

If the tool holder is stuck, restarting the machine should be able to reset it.
Did you choose the right model number when upgrading the firmware? Remember to choose icraft, not crafter; upgrading the wrong firmware may cause the machine to fail to boot or connect to the computer. You may be able to use their flashing tool to select icraft’s firmware for update again.

I bought it directly from their website

I tried resetting it and I did choose the right machine, I am having a very difficult time getting in touch with their tech support. They keep emailing me the same things. The last reply said they were working on it and I would get an answer ‘soon’.
