I purchased the LOKlik DTF printer a couple months ago and I am just getting to installing it. I am having a difficult time installing the “MSVBCRT AIO” and I have already turned off the anti-virus and still does not download. Also, to mention when it asks to download the program it shows up in Chinese letters? I opened the Better Printer app and when I open it, it all shows question marks.

If the issue still happens, please email support@htvront.com
and let them know you have already updated to this version of Better Printer, so they can provide the next steps and further support.
