Hello, has anyone encountered after the firmware update/downgrade that the machine won’t open anymore?
Already updated to the latest using the new idea studio (v12), but it still won’t open
I already used the old version of Idea Studio, but it’s still not opening.
Would someone be able to help me? Already contacted customer service but still no reply.

Hoping the @admins can help 
The firmware version number of icraft is v01-v06, while the firmware version number of crafter should be v0001-v0012. I think you did not select the correct machine model when entering this flashtool
When clicking flash, you need to long press the crafter power button

Yes it happened you need to download the flash tool and follow the instructions
It looks like you are trying to connect to the flash tool? Have you used the drop down arrow to select your machine? Is your machine in the list? Are you trying to connect via USB?
Already follow the intructions and says Finish but still the firmware update says “Loklil_Refresh_(USB)”
No other choices only that “Loklik_Refresh_(USB)” shows, also tried to install the flash tool and flashed it but still no progress.
If the flash tool worked and updated the crafter. Have you tried taking the flash tool usb out of your computer and plugging the crafter in. Have you tried to make something and then after you press make can you connect your machine that way or if you go to device and connection can your machine connect that way?
Already done this one no progress at all. Loklik CS already contacted me and they said that the flash tool has the problem they will post the updated one in a few days.

Did you already update your firmware? if YES, does the computer detect your machine?

I´ve posted this in another thread today:
“Today my cutter acted up and stopped receiving commands — I think it was because it was shut down improperly. I reinstalled the latest firmware update, and it started working again without any issues.”
The thing is, when I first tried to reinstall the firmware I also got that “LoKLIK_Refresh_(USB)” label. But, after I clicked the USB button again it took my machine’s name. I dunno what is happening in your particular case, but I´m convinced it only needs to take the firmware software right. For that, I use my laptop as my desktop have something bothering and fails more (maybe OS, driver… whatever)
