I just opened and put together my Phone Press and I’m trying to print on the A4 clear sheets and it will not print on it. I’ve checked all the settings on my printer to make sure it matches with what I’m printing. I have a Epson ET-3760 that I have converted to a sublimation printer. It prints on my A-Sub paper with no problem. Please help I’m so frustrated right now.

A few things you might need to check:
- make sure the chosen quality in your printer settings is set to “glossy photo paper”
- Make sure you are printing in the “matte” side of your sublimation film
- Try to guide the film in the feeder with a little push
- Try to tape the film to a copy paper (least option)
