Yes, mine is losing connection more frequently than usual, right now. They may be working on an update and it’s throwing things off. I know there’s supposed to be an update at the end of February. Are you using PC or mobile app?

We’ll just have to deal with it until then, I guess. Or you can click the Help > Feedback and Errors and let them know it keeps disconnecting. Before sending, toggle the Log Upload option so they can receive the file logs from your software as that may help pinpoint the problem.

Hello, again, @vanessa_dixon. I think I may have found the problem for the disconnection issue. If you have a Windows computer, try this:

  • Type Control Panel into the windows search bar (on the bottom left of your computer screen)
  • Click on it when it pops up
  • In the top right search bar of the Control Panel, type Power Options
  • A result will pop up, select Change Power Settings
  • It will either have Balanced (Recommended) toggled, or Power Saver, click Change Plan Settings
  • Click Change Advanced Power Settings
  • Click the plus sign to expand the USB Settings
  • Select USB Selective Suspend Setting
  • If it says Enabled, click it, then click Disable

This should keep your computer from turning of the Bluetooth connection to your machine to save power. Let me know if it works for you.
