Newbie here using cutting machine

Hello. Im a real newbie with regards to cutting machine and everything thats crafts. Just starting my journey to have a small business. Im in healthcare job so you know not officeworks.
Anyway how can i have a exact cut in icraft. Im confuse with the layout or contour in idea studio. Its not cutting the exact cut or im doing something wrong. Should i always adjust the cutting layer. Just confuse with cutting and printing layers in the idea studio. Thank you guys.

Even industrial print and cutting use a 3 to 5 mm bleeding area when printting to manage accuracy margin.

Instead of trying to achieve an absolutelly accurate cutting you should change a bit your printing design: mantain the cutting area but get rid of those black lines and print the design with a 3mm bleeding. So you’ll get rod of the white lines and the unaccuracy wont be percibible.

Hello! You don’t need to calibrate your machine everytime you will use it.
