Newbie Shrink Plastic Keychain Crafter Seeking Tips

Has anyone tried making shrink plastic keychains at Loklik Ideal Studio? I want to create vegetable and fruit keychains for my upcoming booth but have no idea what scale to use so that the final shrunk size is 2 inches or 2.5 inches. I also don’t know what transparency percentage to set (if that’s a relevant adjustment for the material or equipment). I’m a newbie to shrink film keychain crafting, so I was wondering if anyone has any tips?

Oh I haven’t tried the printable one. I’ve onyl tried cutting with the iCraft and I was able to do it with the fine point blade.

I think @Sabeyneh has tried this also :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

I would recommend making test size designs shrink plastic can go down from 30% to 50% smaller then when you started so you can make a design 30% larger and one 50% and see but to not waste the test sheet I would fill it with the mix and the printable shrink plastic I have states it gets 50% smaller.
As far as cutting I am not sure as I just cut by hand but it is thicker so you may want to try for setting that would cut something say 2mm to help.

Excited to see how you go. Also, another tip is I had a long tooth pick to hold down the shrink plastic while it was shrinking as some of mine curled up and stuck to itself during this process. I used a heat gun in a small glass container to heat mine up.
