Hi everyone, I am trying to register an account. However it let me setup up email a couple weeks ago. When I try to set up an account it says account already exist. However when I try to logon it says no password was created for the account. So I am stuck in limbo. I tried unsubscribing from email and starting over but it still says account exist. Can anyone help me or guide me in who to contact please.

Did you use google or something to sign in? Your community account might not be the same as your LOKLiK Idea Studio account. Could you explain where you are trying to log in

I just used my email the other week, I rarely use google or fb to sign into stuff. I had did what was needed to be able to take part in the community to see things before my machine was setup. I download the Mac desktop version of the app for working in the software yesterday. And that was where I was trying to register when I got this account already exist. So then went to login in, knowing what password I would have created and when I try to login in it says no password was created for this account.

If you saved the set up in google there is a password manager. It might show you what you used. Or try the reset password link when you try to log in. it should send a link to your email on file

thanks, I checked I definitely didnt use google, i just created a new email and started over. Now if I can figure out why nothing happens when I hit print from the app even though it shows printed

Your printer dialog box may open up behind the software. If you look on your task bar you might see it there, Then you just press print and then it should print
