I am struggling to edit points, is there a way to delete some points of an image?

I have raised this issue before. Huhu… when you delete 1 point or node, the whole contour gets deleted. Plus the size of the point is too big, they tend to be super close with each other making it harder to select the points you need to edit. The zooming is also quite limiting. I hope they can fix this in future updates already.
