Hi, @shirleycobb & @GeorgeneZitek . I was able to walk someone through their PTC issues, today, as I got my iCraft and had to calibrate do all the things myself. It is definitely frustrating to not get a perfect cut. However, we both were able to get some perfect cuts, you may want to check out all the steps I provided in this thread. They may help you, too.
