Hello,
I’m reaching out regarding some issues I’ve been facing with my Loklik Crafter, which I recently purchased. I’m based in Côte d’Ivoire, so I’m aware that shipping and returns can be tricky.
Firstly, I noticed that the machine struggles to read the registration marks, which requires me to retrace over them. While I understand this, the bigger problem is that the marks get cut off, meaning the machine doesn’t fully register the A4 page. I thought it was just a minor issue, but it’s been really frustrating.
Additionally, I decided to invest in a new A3 printer to expand my possibilities, and after researching, I saw that the machine supports 24x30 cm, which should handle A3 prints without any problems. However, when I print, the machine behaves as if it’s still reading A4 prints. The registration marks stay on my design, even though I printed on A3. This is really disappointing because I was so excited about the new setup, only to be let down by these issues.
Another thing I noticed is that, from the videos I’ve seen on YouTube, other users seem to have access to a list of presets, like force, speed, etc. They can save these settings to avoid having to input them every time, which seems so convenient. I’m wondering why I don’t have this list available. I initially thought it was only limited to iCraft, but I see that even Crafter users typically have it. I’m unsure what the problem is and what I should do to fix it.
I would appreciate any guidance or troubleshooting steps you can provide, as I don’t want to have to invest in another machine, especially with the shipping limitations here in Africa.
Thank you for your help!
